Never heard that one about law enforcement before though..... You mean like a cop?

Either a cop or a Fugitive Apprehension Agent. You basically bail out people who have a court date and are awaiting to be judged, so that they don't have to wait in a jail cell until then. And if they try to skip town, you track them down, re-arrest them, and bring them back.
