The Hypnotoad is an advanced toad that has somehow developed psychic powers, allowing it to dominate the minds of other beings.  This hypnosis can effect any sentient creature, but its effect is reduced by the willpower of the target.  The Hypnotoad is larger than all forms of toad or frog in the universe, and is an omnivore. Highly aggressive, it will often use its hypnosis to dull its prey before pouncing on it, using its bulk to crush prey, before retreating. Its other tactic is to break the mind of weak willed creatures by using a technique called SPAM, or Specially Piercing Assault Method.  It involves the broadcast of the same though over and over, until the target's brain is overloaded and dies.  When suffering from SPAM, prey will often repeatedly say what is being broadcasted into its mind.  Humans have been known to being saying SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAM, before collapsing, dead.

Other Abilities: BANHAMMER Mk II, Mega Leap, Move, Delete, Edit, Mod-Wand.

Weakness:  The Hypnotoad dislikes SPAM being used on it, which is why it uses its Moderator skill to delete spam posts.  It is also sluggish, but is able to leap incredibly high.  It also cannot use hypnosis if it isn't concentrating, and therefore its powers can be interrupted with attacks.  It also is weak to THE BANHAMMER of admins, but strong against other moderators.

Threat Level: Extreme, do not approach without Admin help.  Makes consistent use of BANHAMMER Mk II against members, otherwise it uses Edit against other Moderators.  Admins can negate all these attacks, but beware of Hypnosis.

Morphology: Ratiqu

Ratiqu uses Jaffar Cakes that he doesn't have as Shurikens to throw at you. This creature will pounce on you and damage you with claws he doesn't have. He also will trap you in a paralell universe but this seems to be missing at the moment.

Weakness: Catch the Jaffar Cakes in your mouth and eat them. However, this won't do any good as there's nothing there, so attack the glowing red spot that he doesn't have.
Real Weakness: He doesn't have one.
