Togo won their very first Olympic Medal in canoueing. Not much for some but it's always nice to see a country win a medal for the first time.
^ That's one of the most interesting events this Olympics . They're a tiny inland, dry African country winning a medal in a watersport. The guy was the first African ever to enter this event. Great, right? Phelps has 11 gold medals now, beating the record. No surprise

He's up to 12 or 13 now. And he's broken the world record in every competition he's entered in so far. It's ridiculous. And now there are little kids all over America who want to be just like him. Ugh.
Anyway. China dominated gymnastics, both genders. There was one German guy who was really good, though.
Who was the British woman, then, TheAPERSON? I might've heard of her.

Oh well.
Hey, did anyone see the Women's Individual All-Around? I only know the results. And I cannot believe Nastia Luikin beat Shawn Johnson. By more than half a point.

In last nights episode Frankie Boyle was saying how the British were good at rowing and, "How typical of the British to be good at a sport that involves going backwards."

Did you see the Taikwondo?
That's a lot like the sparring I do, 'cept I'm not limited to feet

They did another things you wouldn't hear at the olympics and Andy Parsons came out with a rude one, saying "And it's gold for Ireland!"

I didn't actually watch much of the ceremonies so I didn't see the Taikwondo.
